Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing skilled nursing care in a collaborative environment, this role focuses on coordinating comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients while promoting patient and family education. The position fosters leadership by working closely with ancillary nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to uphold professional nursing standards within a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver total nursing care to adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Participate actively in patient and family teaching and support.
• Collaborate with ancillary nursing personnel and the patient care team to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and facility policies.
• Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system efficiently for documentation.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Registered Nurse with a valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (mandatory for application).
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient care preferred.
• Proficient in using Epic EMR system.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professionalism reflected in appearance; traveler-provided scrubs without logos required.
Schedule:
• Note that shift accommodation requests such as block scheduling will not be considered.
• This is a contract position with a requirement to complete medical and occupational health compliance within five days of offer acceptance.
