An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience in Lakeville, MN. Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU • Monitor patient status and manage life-support equipment with precision • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams • Attend to patient and family education and support needs • Assist with floating duties to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical (MS), and Telemetry units as required • Participate in weekend and holiday rotations on an as-needed basis Qualifications and Experience • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications • Ability to adapt to floating assignments within related acute care units • Strong critical thinking and communication skills Schedule • 12-hour shifts, both days and nights (1900–0700) • Approximately 36 hours weekly This role is ideal for an experienced ICU nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity with professional growth.
