Job Description
Provide critical respiratory care in a dynamic medical-surgical unit supporting patients across diverse conditions. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Med-Surg expertise, ready to deliver advanced respiratory therapies and collaborate with an engaged healthcare team in a 240-bed hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer respiratory treatments and ventilator setup.
• Assist with intubation and conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis.
• Provide patient and staff education on respiratory therapies.
• Collaborate in ventilator liberation efforts in NICU and ICU settings.
• Apply knowledge of respiratory care across Emergency, Pediatrics, ICU, NICU, and Med-Surg units.
• Follow unit policies and contribute to a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current RN license with demonstrated Med-Surg nursing skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Preferred: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Experience with respiratory care equipment including PB 840 ventilators.
• Ability to work autonomously and flexibly in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Schedule & Commitment:
• Night shift hours, 7 PM to 7 AM.
