An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical expertise, providing critical support in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients on night shifts (18:45 - 07:15). • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. • Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and safety standards. • Assist patients and families by providing education and support during care transitions. • Remain prepared to work an additional 12-hour shift every other week as needed. Qualifications & Experience: • Must hold a current TN or Compact RN license. • Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience. • Up-to-date AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. • Recent experience with Epic electronic health record system within the last 12 months, clearly detailed on profile. • Flexibility to travel and work contract assignments. • Willingness to comply with flu vaccination requirements (no exemptions accepted). • Both local candidates and first-time travel nurses are encouraged to apply at the same rate.
