Job Description
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Med-Surg experience to support patient care in a Long Term Care Unit. This contract position offers the chance to work in a serene setting while delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a 35-bed Long Term Care Unit specializing in med-surg cases.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with medication administration and treatment procedures as needed.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Current RN license with Med-Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic healthcare environment.
