A skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical expertise is needed for a contract opportunity in Muskego, WI. This role requires a current Wisconsin nursing license and CPR/BLS certification. Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. • Administer medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and State laws. • Document patient care accurately, adhering to standards of care. • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in line with physician orders and hospital policies. • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and shared governance. • Offer clinical guidance to other units to support comprehensive patient care. • Apply critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as needed. Qualifications / Desired Experience: • Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license. • CPR/BLS certification. • Flu vaccination is required. • Flexibility to float to other units as necessary. • Strong communication and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend and holidays. Schedule/Hours: • 12-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. • Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
