Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Springfield, VT, offering competitive pay of $2,474/week.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg and Telemetry setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and ECG readings, respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
