Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, managing a variety of medical-surgical and emergency situations. • Collaborate with the command center team to coordinate patient care and monitor patient conditions remotely. • Ensure timely medication administration and clinical assessments during 12-hour shifts. • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Participate in weekend and varied shift rotations between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, ensuring continuous patient coverage.
