Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical Location: Panama City, FL Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shifts: Days or Nights Pay & Incentives • Hourly Pay Range: • $27.72 – $33.00/hr (≈5 years experience) • $36.30/hr (≈10 years experience) • $39.60/hr (≈15 years experience) • Night Differential: +$4/hr • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – Days / $15,000 – Nights • Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Hospital Overview A 220+ bed acute care hospital serving Bay County and surrounding communities for 40+ years is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN. The hospital is recognized for high-quality care, Joint Commission Top Performer on Key Quality Measures®, and accredited for stroke, wound care, cancer, and breast care. The facility includes the area’s only Pediatric ER, Pediatric ICU, NICU, and an Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI. Position Summary The RN provides direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical Unit, following hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs, collaborating with the healthcare team, and delivering safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
