Job Description
The Adult Med Surg RN will provide nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. The role requires a focus on delivering high-quality care and meeting performance expectations set by the organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Previous Med Surg experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
