Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical Unit. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of medical conditions including pneumonia, urinary tract infections, altered mental status, gastrointestinal bleeding, alcohol withdrawal, and more.

Responsibilities
• Administer medications and manage IV drips.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Perform patient care duties including bathing, feeding, toileting, and turning.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Participate in unit orientation and training for new staff or travelers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Must be able to titrate various IV drips, excluding cardiac drips.
