Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse – Medical/Surgical Location Pulaski, TN Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule / Shift 19:00 – 07:00, rotating weekends. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit of a 95-bed acute care facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Med/Surg setting, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to patient outcomes. Responsibilities • Deliver nursing care to patients as per established protocols and procedures. • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes. • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care. • Educate patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for all roles; additional certifications may be necessary for RNs (ACLS, PALS) and LPNs (PEARS). • Minimum of 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred. • Completion of Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start.
