Medical Surgical RN Night Shift

Night shift: 3×12-Hour (18:30 – 07:00); every other weekend required.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care for patients on the unit. The ideal candidate will manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5 and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Administer medications and perform nursing tasks as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required.
• Current Missouri or Compact RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required at the time of submission.
