Job Description
We are seeking experienced Med-Surg Nurses for an exciting contract opportunity in Arizona. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current experience in Med-Surg nursing and be ready to work in various facilities. This position requires dedication and adaptability to different environments.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg unit.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 24 months of current Med-Surg nursing experience.
• Active Arizona nursing license.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• No license hits on record.
• Flu vaccination is required; declination forms can be requested.
