Job Description

The Resource Float Pool RN must be willing to float to all Med Surg units, including touching MercyOne facilities as needed.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care across various Med Surg units.
• Adapt quickly to different unit environments and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
• Completion of required health checks and training, including drug screening and Covid-19 vaccination.
• Must pass required competency tests and background checks.
