The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to stroke patients by assessing their condition, administering treatments, and supporting recovery, thereby directly contributing to our mission to care for and improve human life. Assess, monitor, and document patient health status Plan and administer nursing care to stroke patients Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to implement effective treatment plans Educate patients and families about stroke prevention, treatment options, and post-discharge care Ensure continuity of care through accurate handover and documentation Participate in professional development and multi-disciplinary team meetings Strong clinical skills in neurology and acute care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS certification ACLS certification preferred Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) or Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) certification preferred
