Job Description
A company is looking for a NICU Care Manager (RN).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate member needs and develop personalized care plans
Coordinate care between members, families, and healthcare providers
Monitor member progress and adjust care plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
2 - 4 years of related experience
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure required
