This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout the state of Rhode Island.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.</li>
<li>Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments</li>
<li>Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.</li>
<li>Supervise HHAs and CNAs in the field.</li>
<li>Facilitate new hire orientation.</li>
<li>Participate in the training of HHAs and CNAs and in-services for field staff.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and community partners to promote BAYADA’s services and support business growth.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve client outcomes and enrich their quality of life.</li>
<li>Participate in employee engagement opportunities differentiating BAYADA as the employer of choice.</li>
<li>Provide clinical guidance and judgement to office colleagues to promote an understanding of client’s needs and how to respond.</li>
</ul>
<p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="color: black;">Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: black;">Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.</span><span style="color: black;"><br></span></li>
<li><span style="color: black;">Supervisory experience preferred</span></li>
