Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Night Shift)
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Full-Time | 0.90 FTE
Salary Range: $52.22 – $77.59/hour, plus $3.50/hour Resource Team differential and $7/hour night shift differential.
Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs
• Document care accurately and timely
• Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members’ competencies
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
• Stay current through ongoing education and professional development
What You Bring
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Licensure: Active RN license in Washington (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required for consideration.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Familiarity with EPIC EHR
• Commitment to patient-centered care
