Documents appropriately the information obtained from the ongoing assessment. Shares significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline. 2. EDUCATION

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

EXPERIENCE

Medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, telemetry experience preferred.

LICENSURE

Current state registration. BLS required ACLS (Optional) PALS within one year of hire
