What You’ll Do • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care • Document care according to unit and professional standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and support patient/family‑centered care • Delegate tasks based on team member competencies • Support safety, quality, and infection‑prevention initiatives • Maintain ongoing professional development What You Bring • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred) • Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS • Experience as a discharge nurse in an adult med/surg acute‑care setting • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient‑centered care skills Ready to Join Us?
