RN – Obstetrics (OB) 📍 Delano, CA We’re seeking an experienced OB Registered Nurse to join a supportive labor and delivery team in Delano, California. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting. Position Overview • Provide comprehensive care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum • Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition • Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries • Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care • Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams Requirements • Active California RN license • BLS & NRP required; ACLS preferred • Minimum 1–2 years OB/L&D experience preferred • Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills • Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills This is a great opportunity for an OB RN looking to make a meaningful impact on maternal and newborn outcomes in Delano, CA.
