Outpatient Infusion Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days (5) 8-hour shifts. No weekend or floating requirements.

Job Description

The Outpatient Infusion Center focuses on non-oncological infusions such as fluids and blood products. The unit contains 8-9 beds and follows a patient nurse ratio of 1:4/5. This role does not involve holiday requirements or on-call duties.

Responsibilities
• Administer outpatient infusions, including fluids and blood products.
• Develop and implement therapy plans.
• Document patient care using the Cerner/EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA).
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy.
• Familiarity with Cerner or EPIC systems.
