Working under broad supervision, this position promotes professional nursing practice by organizing patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: • Assesses patient requirements and health status in the designated department to deliver appropriate nursing care, guaranteeing each patient receives the necessary attention. • Scrutinizes patient records, which include medical history, diagnostic results, and current state, to develop personalized nursing care plans. • Prepares nursing procedures, like dispensing medication and therapies, to deliver thorough and efficient patient care. • Validates medical files for accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards as well as internal policies. • Assesses the patient's reaction to treatments and recognizes the requirement for further interventions to achieve established care objectives. • Works collectively with a diverse care team to facilitate comprehensive care planning. • Carries out additional tasks as required.
