Job Description

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards. The role involves utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and deliver care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. The position is also accountable for the quality of nursing services provided by self or others under their direction.

Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies.
• Utilize specialized knowledge and judgment to assess patient data.
• Oversee and account for the quality of nursing services provided by the team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• 2 years of recent General OR experience.
• Experience in GYN, bariatrics, vascular, orthopedic, neuro, and plastics.
• Active RN license (verification must be less than 30 days old).
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• COVID vaccine (declinations not accepted).
