Pride Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team .The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to pediatric surgical patients. The RN will function primarily in a circulating role and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes throughout the perioperative process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform circulating nurse duties for pediatric surgical procedures in accordance with hospital policies and AORN standards
• Provide perioperative nursing care including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative management, and post-operative handoff
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe surgical environment
• Accurately document patient care and procedures in Epic EMR
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with equipment preparation, positioning, and surgical time-outs
• Float or be reassigned within clinical competency as needed to meet staffing needs (within 35 miles of assigned facility)
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as required
Requirements:
• Active RN license
• ADN required; BSN highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Pediatric OR experience (must be clearly documented in work history)
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
