Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the operating room environment. This role requires expertise in perioperative nursing and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities
• Caring for patients undergoing surgical procedures across various specialties including Neuro, Spine, Total Joint, and Cardiovascular.
• Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a safe and effective operating environment.
• Monitoring patient vitals and responding to changes in condition during surgery.
• Assisting with pre-operative and post-operative care as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Relevant experience in heart surgery is required for candidates applying to the heart room, with additional skills in specialties such as Robotics, Orthopedics, Eye Surgery, GYN, ENT, Plastics, and Thoracic Surgery being advantageous.
