Surgical Technologist – OR Location Salem, OR Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shifts available include 8, 10, or 12 hours with call required for 1 night a week and 1.5 weekends every 8 weeks. Weekend shifts consist of 48 hours, while half weekends are 24 hours. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic OR team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills and be proficient in various surgical procedures including Ortho trauma, Crani surgeries, and robotic surgeries. Responsibilities • Assisting in surgical procedures as per the guidelines. • Maintaining equipment and ensuring a sterile environment. • Documenting and communicating effectively within the surgical team. • Handling emergencies and unexpected situations during surgeries. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Must have 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist. • Experience in a Level II or higher facility. • Proficient in handling DaVinci robots and various surgical procedures. • Current BLS certification required.
