RN PACU FT in Stockbridge, GA

Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU (Full Time) Location: Stockbridge & Griffin GA Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team at a Pain Management Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This full-time position requires a compassionate nurse who is willing to work 4 to 5 days per week, splitting time between our facilities in Griffin and Stockbridge, GA. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from pain management procedures. • Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during the immediate postoperative period. • Assess and manage pain effectively, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. • Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition. • Educate patients and families regarding postoperative care and pain management techniques. Qualifications • Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia. • Experience working in a PACU setting, preferably within a Pain Management ASC. • Willingness to work 4 to 5 days per week, rotating between Griffin and Stockbridge locations. • ICU or Emergency Room (ER) experience is highly preferred. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Work Schedule Full-time position requiring availability 4 to 5 days per week, with shifts scheduled between our Griffin and Stockbridge facilities.
