RN: PACU in Ottumwa, IA

Registered Nurse – PACU Location Ottumwa, IA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 07:30 – 18:00. Self-scheduling with 1 weekday and 1 weekend shift required every 3-4 weeks. Job Description Join our team of highly trained and dedicated medical professionals working collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care in the PACU unit. Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in post-anesthesia care unit. • Monitor and assess patients’ condition during recovery. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. • Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care and recovery. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care facility. • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS. • C-Section experience preferred.
