Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in the Step Down/ICU setting. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of critical care practices and be comfortable managing a patient load that requires comprehensive assessment and nursing intervention.

Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in the Step Down/ICU environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• 1-2 years of experience in Step Down/ICU.
• BLS Certification (ARC or AHA only).
• ACLS Certification (ARC or AHA only).
• TN License required.
