Schedule

3×12 Hour Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM), Holiday Rotation, and weekend requirements every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stepdown RN to join our team. This role will involve managing patients who require expanded medical observation and intervention.

Responsibilities
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Float within the facility as required to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
• Handle specialized equipment and provide detailed care for patients with complex needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• 1 year of relevant experience as a registered nurse is required.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS; NIHSS certification preferred.
