We are seeking a dedicated RN - Pre-Op to join our healthcare team in Morrisville, VT.
• Assess patients' health status and obtain medical histories prior to surgery.
• Prepare patients for operative procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs during pre-operative phase.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, post-op care, and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and safety.
Skills needed include excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong assessment abilities.
