Position: RN (PRN) Southern Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an energetic Registered Nurse with a go-getter attitude to join our team in Tulsa, OK. Base pay range $35.00/hr - $39.00/hr Benefits • Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical Insurance (75% of employee portion paid by company) • Dental (50% employee portion paid by company) • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Ancillary • Paid Time-Off • Shift Differential Opportunities Available Responsibilities And Purpose • Provide bedside care. • Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas. • Collect samples and monitor catheters. • Provide wound care. • Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques. • Ensure the residents’ chart is current. • Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents’ change in condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. • Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess the condition of residents. • Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health. • Modify residents’ care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Nurse Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents’ changes in condition. Desired Experience And Education • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (RN) • Must have a current BLS CPR card • One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
