Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Prompt Care protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the registered nurse licensure. Collaborating with providers and multi-disciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Mentors assigned team members and promotes best practices. Maintains professional disposition at all times. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Education: Associates • Licensure/ Certifications: RN - Registered Nurse; American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) • Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
