#registerednurse Registered Nurse – Psych Location: Leonard Morse, MA Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Shift timings: Day Shift 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30) Pay: $55.00/hour Job Description: • Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Behavioral Health/Psychiatric unit, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. • Assess mental health status, monitor patient behavior, and administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols. • Implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams. • Utilize de-escalation techniques and maintain compliance with safety standards, including suicide precautions and behavioral management protocols. • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR while adhering to behavioral health regulations, quality measures, and patient safety guidelines.
