Psychiatric/Mental Health RN – Travel Opportunity
?? Location: Colorado Mental Health Hospital at Fort Logan
?? Shift: 12-hour shifts | Schedule flexibility required (nights likely)
?? Contract: 13 weeks | Extensions likely
Position Overview:
We’re seeking experienced Psychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurses (PMH RNs) to join our team at a leading state hospital. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to provide comprehensive care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities:
? Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions
? Promote well-being through prevention and education
? Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
? Current RN license (Colorado or compact)
? Minimum 1 year of State Hospital Psych experience
? Current BLS (AHA)
? Health certificate, TB screening
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Additional Details:
• Start Date: Pending February
• Orientation: Paid, first two weeks
• Holiday RTO: Not accepted
• Hours: 36–48 per week | OT available
