RN Quality Specialist – HEDIS & Star Measures in Comstock Park, MI

RN – Quality & Provider Education Location: Michigan (Hybrid / Field-Based) Contract Duration: 12 Months Schedule: M-F (8am to 5pm) Key Highlights • Active Michigan RN license required • In-state travel required (up to 5 days/week during peak periods) • Conduct provider education, HEDIS reviews, and in-home BMD screenings • Dependable vehicle and valid MI driver’s license required • Responsibilities • Perform in-home Bone Mineral Density (BMD) testing on members • Educate providers (in-person & virtual) on HEDIS/Star measures, documentation, and preventive care • Conduct medical record reviews and support providers in closing care gaps • Build strong provider relationships and support quality improvement initiatives • Submit monthly activity reports Qualifications • Unrestricted Michigan RN license • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience • Knowledge of quality improvement and clinical guidelines • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel preferred)
