RN Job Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home skilled care, you will: • Perform comprehensive RN assessments in the home • Develop and update individualized care plans • Provide medication education and chronic disease teaching • Conduct wound care, skin assessments, vitals, and safety checks • Educate clients and families to promote independence and prevention • Coordinate care with providers, families, and internal teams • Support and supervise caregiving staff as appropriate • Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation RN Qualifications • Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum 2 year RN clinical experience • (Home health, hospice, hospital, primary care, or skilled nursing preferred) • Strong assessment skills and independent clinical judgment • Comfortable working autonomously in the home setting • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Genuine interest in Veteran care and relationship-based nursing Bonus (Not Required): • Experience with Axxess EMR or similar home-care documentation platforms RN Pay & Benefits • Competitive RN pay • Mileage reimbursement • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance (full time) • 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Flexible full-time or part-time schedules • Primarily daytime M-F visits Work Location • Hybrid remote Registered Nurse role • Field-based in-home nursing visits • Service area: Eastern Oklahoma Apply Today If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) who wants time with patients, autonomy in practice, and meaningful Veteran-focused work, we’d love to connect.
