Job Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as an ambulatory care supervisor for Essentia Health's family practices at our 52nd Avenue Clinic in Fargo and The Lights Clinic in West Fargo. This RN works 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and is salaried. No weekends or holidays are required. We are like nowhere else: https://vimeo.com/284233541 What You'll Do: Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.
