RN (Registered Nurse) for In-Home Care on site Assessments in Benton, AR

Superior Senior Care in Benton is looking for an RN to perform in-home, physical-dependency assessments of ADL’s and IADL’s for elderly and disabled clients in Grant and Saline counties. Initial assessments, reassessments, supervisory visits, aide skills check, aide record review are required per the Arkansas Medicaid Rules and Regulations. The Registered Nurse must be organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented to succeed at this position. RN must hold an active/current Arkansas Registered Nurse license, must have reliable transportation and must be willing to travel throughout our service area. Case management experience is a plus.
