Position: RN Registered Nurse (Homecare)
RN Registered Nurse (Homecare) at Care Options for Kids summary:
As a Registered Nurse (Homecare) at Care Options for Kids, you provide one-to-one pediatric nursing care in a home setting, ensuring consistent and personalized healthcare for children. You work autonomously while following clinical plans and protocols, supported by 24/7 clinical resources and mentorship. The role includes maintaining licenses and certifications, providing compassionate care, and contributing to the health and well-being of children and families across multiple states.

At Care Options for Kids, we provide 1:1 care in the home, and we do things a little differently. There's no revolving door of patients or hospital setting chaos blinking call lights, scurrying doctors, and wards bursting at the seams.
Instead, you work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives. We value your clinical knowledge and respect the deep one-on-one bond you establish with the families you care for. Of course, if you need anything, your Director of Nursing is only a phone call away we offer 24-hour, 365-day support and on-demand clinical resources.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurses (RN)
• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Registered Nurses (RN)
• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
