Our Company Hospice of the Midwest Overview Office Location: 1811 Weir Dr., Ste. 150, Woodbury, MN 55125 Coverage area: Woodbury Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am-8:00pm - Every Other Weekend  Our On-Call RNs play a crucial role in end-of-life care, stepping in during off-hours to bring relief, clarity, and compassion when it's needed most.
