Responsibilities Manage market clinical professional development teams to implement and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs and align performance, delivery, and program operations. • Manage the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical learning delivery, programs, and performance processes that support core clinical competency across the market. • Manage a team of subject matter experts focused on clinical professional development competency design and delivery to meet organization goals through national and regional competency alignment and clinical program delivery. • Monitor programs, budget alignment and compliance, financial targets, expenditures, and associate performance. • Manage the delivery of learning programs to meet nursing, allied health, and pharmacy education competency standards. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. • Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Education: • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
