Mercy South Float Pool
Registered Nurse
Weekend Option
Full Time Days - 36 hours/week
Tier 3 (Med surg) will receive a $5.00 differential over base pay Tier 2 (Stepdown) will receive a $7.50 differential over base pay Tier 1 (ICU) will receive a $10.00 differential over base pay
Weekend Option also receives a $20/hr differential over base pay.

Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding!
Units you may float to: Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
Float Pool Qualifications: Experience:
1-2 years' bedside RN experience. Required Education:
Nursing Degree from an accredited school. Preferred Education:
BSN License:
current RN license in our state Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
