PSC at Lancaster is located at 120 Rider Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603 Responsibilities RN - Registered Nurse (Pediatrics) • Lead and implement individualized care plans • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments • Administer medications and advanced therapies (including IV therapy, TPN, and complex treatments) Monitor and respond to changes in condition • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families • Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians • Support emergency response and clinical safety • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards • You will be fully accountable for delivering safe, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate pediatric care. Qualifications RN - Registered Nurse (Pediatrics): • Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license (PA - Pennsylvania) in good standing for the state in which work is performed • Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification • Must be at last 21 years of age • Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferred • Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800 • This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
