What you'll do as an RN: Registered Nurse: • Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to residents • Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff per NJ Nursing Standards • Support residents' physical, emotional, and cultural needs • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members • Assist with ADLs and restorative nursing per care plans • Train and mentor newly hired nursing team members Requirements for an RN: Registered Nurse: • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing • Current NJ RN License • LPNs enrolled in an RN program are welcome to apply • Long-term care experience preferred Why United Methodist Communities? • Great Place to Work?
