Registered Nurse – Acute Rehabilitation

Schedule

Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care for adults in an acute rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
• Deliver patient care in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current Registered Nursing Licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Rehabilitation.
• Ability to float as required and to work effectively as part of a team.
