Registered Nurse – Rehab Specialty

Schedule

Night 3×12-Hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a specialty in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a rehab setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress in rehabilitation programs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
