Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in rehabilitation to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive care and support to patients on their recovery journey following severe injuries or illnesses.
Responsibilities
• Provide specialized rehabilitation nursing care to patients with various diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injuries.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor patient progress and provide emotional and physical support during recovery.
• Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation strategies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Med Surg experience is a must; rehabilitation/long-term care experience is preferred.
• No specific certifications required.
